Basic Character

Powdered NBR is high temperature polymerized, full cross-linked acylonitrile butadiene

rubber which has high mooney viscosity and high ACN content. It uses special technology of

agglomeration into powder which owns natural isolation agent. It shows good resistance to oil,

heat, cold and solvent. It also has good toughness.

Property Superiority

Powdered NBR owns excellent adhesive ability. It can enhance the adhesive

performance for friction material, improve the molding's toughness and make the finish products

very flexible . Powdered NBR is a wonderful friction material modifier.

Powdered NBR is mainly used in friction materials of car, train, motorcycle and so on.

Application Guidance

According to different usage and performance demand, the dosage of Powdered NBR is

variable. When Powdered NBR mix with phenolic resin, it can use dry way to mix. We

advice the Powdered NBR content is 4~10%
